How do I connect to organisations?
It’s magic.
Well, not quite. Organisations will automatically appear in your My Organisations list when you first receive a message from them.
To get things started, an organisation called Beep (that’s us!) sends you a welcome message within a few minutes of registering.
But nothing is appearing! 😢
Some organisations don’t send many messages. So keep calm.
If an organisation you expected to appear isn’t appearing, they might not have your correct contact details. Get in touch with them and make sure they have the right mobile number.
